When you submit a project request, Planioo stores your name, business, email address, optional phone number, location, selected package and project brief. This information is used to evaluate and coordinate your project enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal documents.
Storage and your choices
Project requests are held in protected hosted storage. Your data is not displayed publicly. You can request a correction or deletion during your project correspondence by providing your order reference. Essential website hosting may process technical access logs. This site does not use advertising tracking cookies.
Estimates, scope and payment
Packages show starting estimates in IDR. Final pricing, taxes where applicable, deliverables, revision limits, project dates, ownership and payment terms must be confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. Advertising budgets, domain names, hosting and third-party subscriptions are separate unless specifically included in your proposal.
What an online order means
Submitting the form creates a project request and reference. It does not create a paid order or guarantee a delivery date. No payment is taken on this website.
